We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just across from the harbor, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the option for room service. we had a comfortable and luxurious experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The only thing I missed was the facilities for making a cup of tea or coffee in my room....I Found going downstairs to pick up a cuppa at night a disadvantage.

I loved how cozy and inviting the hotel's decoration was. The warm colors and soft lighting made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating areas, perfect for sitting and chatting with friends. As a senior, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. There were ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate with my mobility issues.

I wish the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Sometimes, they seemed preoccupied and not as helpful as I would have liked.

The hotel is conveniently situated across from the ferry terminal, offering easy access to transportation. the surrounding natural scenery is breathtaking and provides guests with a peaceful atmosphere. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a variety of options with tasty fresh fruit.

Hotels are expensive in Norway, but it iwas nice that we got an upgrade to a junior suite.

At some stage, a renovation is necessary.

We stayed one night on two occasions. On both occasions the reception staff were friendly and helpful.1st stay was good.Very pleasant, sizable room, overlooking fjord.Facilities clean.

2nd stay was dreadful, a disappointing end to our holiday. Having been given the key to our room, it had not been cleaned after the last occupants (even the beds). They opened the room next door, which was in the same state, then the room next door to that -the same again.Back to the computer to see if there was a clean room. We were put in a very small, very hot room which was noisy at night if you opened the window. The bathroom smelt of urine. This in an hotel of 100 rooms with very few people staying.

Near quite noisy road. Smallest bed I have ever slept in. Hot room - for no apparent reason. Metal window cappings which when raining make it sound like sleeping in a biscuit tin.

Totally professional and pleasant staff at the hotel. The location is perfect for walking to any parts of the city.
